• Go to the item you want to buy and choose which colour you would like, it will then show you how many are in stock for immediate dispatch.
• Enter the quantity you require and then click the add to cart button.
• If you have made a mistake, you can go to your shopping cart at any time to remove or alter the items selected before you complete the check out procedure.
• When you have finished shopping go to your cart and then proceed to the checkout where you can choose how to pay and add the delivery address.

Deliveries

We aim to have your order delivered to you within 5 working day.

If there is any reason why your order will not be sent to you then we will try to contact you.

Should you need an item for a particular date, please let us know at the time of ordering or email us first to check availability.

Payment Options

Payment can be made easily via the following methods:

Creditcard - We accept all major creditcards except American Express, this is processed via our secure merchant site operated by PaymentSense.  If you are unhappy to use this method we can now take creditcard payments over the phone during office hours, our number is 01608 611608 and a receipt will be sent with your goods.

PayPal - Please choose this option when asked in the checkout; you will be directed to the PayPal site to complete their process and then returned to the Angel Living website.

BACS - If you wish to pay via this method, please choose the 'Direct Payment' option in the check out.  Once checkout is completed instructions will be shown of how or where to send your payment.  Orders paid by this method will not be shipped until funds have been cleared.

Delivery

Orders within United Kingdom — SHIPPING IS FREE ON ALL ORDERS WITHIN THE UK.....

Orders to Europe & Rest of the World — shipping is FREE on all orders over £150.00 or is otherwise charged at a flat rate of £9.99 per order.

Returns

We operate a No Quibbles Returns Policy. This means that you can return any of your items in an unworn & unused condition within 14 days of receipt.

We will also be happy to exchange any damaged or faulty items within one month from dispatch.

If we have made a mistake and sent you an incorrect item then please email us straight away so that we can arrange to exchange it for the correct one.
